Our Story

Investeps was founded to help homebuyers and investors make informed, financially sound property decisions. 

Our Principal, Curtis, began investing at a young age and quickly recognised the steep learning curve that first-time and even experienced investors face.

With a Bachelor of Business (Real Estate and Development) and hands-on experience in professional property investment, Curtis developed a deep understanding of valuations, market analysis and risk management, and is a registered valuer in Queensland. Backed by industry-grounded valuation principles, this expertise became the foundation of Investeps: a team dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of the property journey.

Having lived and worked internationally, Curtis also saw firsthand the challenges of managing investments remotely. Investeps was built to provide a trusted support system, ensuring every client has a professional partner to rely on – whether buying/managing locally or from afar.
