Transparent, results-based pricing:
- $1,000 + GST upfront – covers the full property assessment, including research, inspection coordination, valuation analysis and due diligence reporting.
- $4,000 + GST success fee – payable only once your property is secured.
This split structure keeps costs predictable while aligning our success with yours. It ensures you receive comprehensive insights upfront and only pay the balance when results are achieved.
